- (1) To explore the molecular mechanisms of autophagy initiation and fusion, and its influence on human cancers development; (2) To analyze the cross-talk of Wnt/β-catenin signaling and autophagy, and its synergistic effect on the occurrence, development and drug resistance of pancreatic cancer; (3) "Taw" strategies for pancreatic cancer ( targeting specific “series of genes” that mediated gain of function for both autophagy and Wnt/β-catenin in pancreatic cancer).
