  • Dr. Autsavapromporn received a B.S. Radiological Technology from Chiang Mai University and become a registered radiological technologist in 2014. He earned his M.Sc. in Biological Sciences (Biophysics) from Burapha University. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Radiobiology from the Department of Nuclear Medicine and Radiobiology, Faculty of Medicine and Health Science, University of Sherbrooke, Canada and a Visiting Scholar in Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, New Jersey Medical School, USA from 2007 to 2011 where He focused on understanding the role of intercellular communication and oxidative stress in the propagation of ionizing radiation-induced the biological effects. Following his graduate work, He was a JSPS postdoctoral-fellow position in National Institute of Radiological Sciences (NIRS), Japan, where his studied on intercellular communication and heavy ions-induced bystander effects. Currently, He is Associate Professor at Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University since 2019 and Associate Research Professor, Institute of Radiation Emergency Medicine, Hirosaki University, Japan (from 2020-present).
