eart failure is one of the leading epidemiological challenges in current population. The already defined risk factors did not change the face of morbidity reports and did not satisfactory lowered the mortality. The possible new methods are required to improve our knowledge and indicate new directions as possible future targets. The personalized medicine based on metabolomic profiling can give a chance to launch new directions and broaden our horizons.
