Abstract
In 75 patients with breast cancer we have correlated DNA ploidy of the primary tumour with response to systemic endocrine therapy and with survival. Diploid tumours were compared with tetraploid and other aneuploid tumours; there was no difference for response to endocrine therapy or survival.
