- Dr Wei Cao has been appointed as the Associate Professor at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine since 2017. His training fellowship of Head & Neck Oncology was completed in 2015 from Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital. He joined the Editorial Board and was appointed as the Guest Associate Editor for "Frontiers in Oncology (IF:6.244) " in January 2020. He also was appointed as an Associate Editor for BMC Cancer (IF:4.46) as well as Technology in Cancer Research & Treatment (IF: 3.399) in Feb.2022. He joined the Associate Editorial Board Member of " Cancer Biology & Medicine (IF:4.248)" from December 2021.Up till now, he has published 52 articles including, ‘Cancer, EMBO J, Molecular Cancer, Bioinformatics, Molecular Therapy-Nucleic Acids, Cancer Prevention Research, Oral Oncology, Head & Neck.’ He hosted 3 projects from the Natural Science Foundation of China. His research interest includes Head and Neck Oncology, Epigenetic and genetic whole studies, Classifier for early detection, predict lymph node metastasis and survival based on transcriptome.
