- I conduct data mining to propose novel transcriptomic and epigenetic diagnostic and/or therapeutic targets for cancer patients, for subsequent functional and mechanistic evaluation in wet lab research.I analyze OMICS data obtained from clinical trials conducted on Magdeburg surgery patients, and use it to create disease models.
