- Dr. Jianhai Zhang is a Professor Shanxi Agriculture University (SXAU).Dr. Zhang received his Ph.D. from the Department of Clinical Veterinary Medicine in SXAU of China in 2007, and then obtained training in the State Key Laboratory of Environmental Chemistry and Ecotoxicology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2012-2013), Department of Cell Biology of Medical School, University of Virgina, USA (2014-2015), Department of Environment Health Science School of Public Health, and Yale Stem Cell Center of Yale University, USA (2017-2018). His research focuses on the toxicological mechanisms of environmental pollutants or chemicals, including fluoride, sulfur dioxide, Nanomaterials and heavy metals arsenic. The ultimate goal is to identify susceptible biomarkers for weaken male reproductive function, and to develop novel pharmaceutical design & therapies for various environmental damage at the levels of animal, tissue & organ, cell, molecular and omics. Dr. Zhang has received four funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and more than 10 grants from government of Shanxi Province. He has published more than 45 papers in international journals including J. Hazard. Mater, Environ Pollut, Science of the Total Environment, Chemosphere,J Agric Food Chem.,Food ChemToxicol. Toxicol Appl Pharmacol., Environ Toxicol Pharmacol., J Biochem Mol Toxicol., Biol Trace Elem Res.
