Short Bio
- Dr. Wang has been engaged in the research of arsenic metabolism, pathogenic mechanism and prevention of arsenicosis, especially the damage on digestive system and endocrine system. He has presided 8 scientific research projects, including 3 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and published more than 60 scientific papers in journals such as J. Hazard. Mater., Environ. Int., Sci. Total Environ., Free Radic. Biol. Med. etc. related to those above researches. He is also the inventor of 5 patents and has authored 4 book chapters. Dr. Wang is currently the Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Environmental Pollution and Disease Control, Ministry of Education, the Excellent young scientific and technological talents of Guizhou Province. And also served as Committee of the Asian Consortium for Arsenic and Health Research, Vice President of Guizhou Environmental Mutagen Society and Standing Member of Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology Committee, Chinese Society of Toxicology.
