All the authors agree to withdraw the paper. We have not been able to repeat the same experiment results, and we have not yet found the exact reason for this. Thus, our previous results were not stable and our research conclusion inaccurate.
The illustrated diagram in Fig. 1 is not correct as the detection head of the instrument (radiation source) was positioned at the bottom of 25-ml culture flasks and 3.5-cm petri dishes. We have since discovered that the effect of millimeter wave on cells is different in different radiation areas because of its energy attenuation.
